The archive is either in unknown format or damaged, I have downloaded the zip both from IE9 and chrome,and each time it can not connect to verify the installer with the message

I have downloaded the zip both from IE9 and chrome, to different folders and different install folders, but always get the message, "The archive is either in unknown format or damaged" pc specs vista 64 ultimate, 8 gig ram, evga 500ti video card , 2 tb hd and have the same antivirus on 2 other machines and the program installed fine on them , vista and win7
